Min-jun Park
Twelve years in Korean retail banking metrics. Leads flagship scorecard cycles and sits in branch discovery workshops.
Our firm
Laurel Way Analytics Co., Ltd. was founded to give Korean regional banks a scorecard partner who understands counter-level deposit flows, peer rank politics, and the close calendars that govern branch books.
Official name: Laurel Way Analytics Co., Ltd.
Established: 2016
Registered office: Song Jihun, 33 Wonju-daero, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do 26400, REP. OF KOREA
Min-jun Park opened Laurel Way in Wonju after eight years inside a Gangwon regional bank's branch analytics unit. The first clients were two mutual savings networks that needed scorecards their regional directors could carry into Friday stand-ups without a data team escort.
By 2019 the firm had grown to six analysts and moved into the current office on Wonju-daero. We added executive briefing sessions and quarterly refresh retainers as clients asked to keep the same chart grammar rather than re-scope every year.
Today we serve retail and regional banks across Korea โ still from Wonju, still with at least one site visit in every full scorecard cycle.
Our team
Twelve years in Korean retail banking metrics. Leads flagship scorecard cycles and sits in branch discovery workshops.
Designs branch comparison sets using catchment tags rather than geography alone. Former regional bank planning officer.
Aligns scorecard delivery to client close calendars. Manages quarterly refresh retainers and briefing session logistics.
We take a small number of concurrent network cycles so each engagement gets partner attention. Site visits are non-negotiable for new scorecard design โ we need to hear teller-floor language before we label a chart axis.
Revisions are structured, not open-ended: three draft rounds for flagship cycles, with written change logs so your internal analytics team can follow our reasoning.
