Analyst marking chart annotations on a scorecard draft

Discovery and scope letter

We read your existing pack — if one exists — and hold a 90-minute call with your analytics lead and regional director. The output is a signed scope letter listing KPI candidates, branch visit plan, draft dates, and fee schedule.

Duration: 1–2 weeks · Your input: prior scorecards, metric definitions, org chart for branch network

Branch field visits

Two representative branches — one urban, one provincial unless your network is homogeneous. We observe Monday stand-ups, ask managers how they use numbers, and note floor language for chart labels.

Duration: 2 days on-site · Your input: branch access, regional escort, sample counter reports

Metric definition workshop

Half-day session at your headquarters or our Wonju office. We lock KPI hierarchy: deposit layers, loan quality splits, service metrics, peer group rules. Disagreements get documented, not smoothed over.

Duration: 1 day · Your input: planning team, risk liaison if loan metrics are in scope

Draft scorecard — three review rounds

First draft uses sample-period data you provide. Each round includes annotated change logs. We do not add charts without written justification — page count stays disciplined.

Duration: 4–6 weeks · Your input: data extracts on agreed schedule, written feedback within 5 business days per round

Final handover and executive walkthrough

Print-ready PDF, editable source files, and a 90-minute walkthrough with your leadership table. We leave a one-page reading guide: which chart to open first, what question each page answers.

Duration: 1 week · Your input: boardroom scheduling, internal print run if desired

After handover

Many clients move to quarterly refresh retainers so chart grammar stays stable. Others book executive briefing sessions each cycle. We do not require a retainer — but metric definitions drift when packs are rebuilt from scratch every year.
