1. Services

Laurel Way provides professional analytics consulting services including bank branch performance scorecard design, KPI framework audits, executive briefing sessions, and quarterly scorecard refreshes. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate scope letter or statement of work signed by both parties.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

You represent that you have authority to enter agreements on behalf of your organisation when submitting project briefs or signing scope letters. This website is intended for business inquiries from financial institutions and their representatives.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables — scorecard files, chart specifications, and briefing materials — for internal business purposes within their organisation. Laurel Way retains ownership of underlying methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. We may reuse generic frameworks that do not contain client-confidential data.

Website content, including text, design, and branding, is owned by Laurel Way Analytics Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate data extracts, timely feedback on draft rounds, and reasonable access for site visits as defined in the scope letter. Delays in client-provided inputs may shift delivery dates without penalty to Laurel Way.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public information shared during engagements as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement.

6. Limitation of liability

Laurel Way's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or regulatory penalties arising from client decisions based on our deliverables.

Our scorecards and briefings are analytical aids. Clients remain responsible for regulatory compliance, lending decisions, and branch management actions.

7. Website use

You may not use this website to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with site operation. Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a signed scope letter.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea, unless otherwise agreed in writing in a scope letter.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Active engagements are governed by the Terms in effect at the time the scope letter was signed.
